First off, the product is advertise to ship in 8-12 business days. After getting the run-around from customer service and spotty responses, my mirror arrived after a month. Now upon arrival my mirror was cracked in two places. I immediately messaged customer service and was promptly responded to. After that I waited about a week for another reply before messaging back. I didn’t hear anything for another week. I finally wrote customer service again threatening to write my horrible experience in a review airing out this company’s horrible customer service and overall experience which then of course I got a response. The answer I keep getting is that they’re going to send me a replacement mirror and that they’re just waiting for a tracking number. I’m pretty sure if I came up with a couple hundred for another mirror they’d find themselves a tracking number. I have been getting the run-around from this company from day 1 and I grossly overpaid for a cracked mirror that was worth probably half of what I paid for it even in mint condition.
