Celestial Crystal Chandelier/ not a solid frame

Celestial Crystal Chandelier, very nice crystals, lights but the frame is weak, poor instructions on how to install and little hard to put together. But over all I like it. If you able to tough it out with 2 people to get it together it looks very nice. I had it on 26 feet ceiling and had to buy different chain since it only came with 18 inches chain and I needed 3 feet. You might not have the same problems like I had if your ceiling is lower.

Missing pieces

I’m Extremely disappointed for not receiving the chain, and hanging materials which is vital to hanging a chandelier.
I had waited 8 weeks for this and you guys didn’t get it right.
Shame on you !
I had called and did not hear back from you.
I had paid my electrician to installing this twice.
He had to come another day with a chain and materials to finish the job and charge me again.
I’m not sure if anyone reads these reviews but you guys really let me down and cost me an extra $400 for him to install the chandelier.
If you wish to make this whole, than you should credit me back the monies.
