Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide! Shipping cost is free for all orders.
Shipping times:
Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package maybe withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.
Orders processed in the US will take 5-8 business days to arrive. For international orders, it can take between 7-12 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.
Please also note that if your purchased item is on pre-order, it may take longer to arrive at your doorsteps due to manufacturing delays. Most pre-ordered products will take about 45 business days to ship.
Shipping and Handling Process:
Our handling time usually takes about 1-3 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world.
Where do you ship from?
About 90% of our orders ships from our facility in Houston TX.
We have partnered up with small 3PL companies to store our inventory in Florida, London and Hong Kong. 3PL companies are a warehouse and distribution companies that provide a fulfilment service to us.
Since we provide free international delivery we position small portion of our inventory near our international customers to ensure we keep our pricing affordable. If for some reason any item that is not in stock in Houston at the time of the order, we may dispatch from other warehouses to ensure we meet the order delivery date we commit to. Delivery timeline doesn't change whether we ship from Houston or elsewhere.
Taxes and duties are collected by your government and/or local authorities therefore, Ozarke is not responsible for paying local taxes, import duties, and international customs charges. Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country, where applicable.
